Workshop Operative/Valve Assembler
Oliver Valves is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of high-quality valves and valve systems, serving industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and other critical sectors. We are looking for Workshop Operators to join our manufacturing team in Knutsford. This is an exciting time to join the fastest growing and most successful family-owned valve manufacturer in the UK.
What you'll be doing
- Assemble and test valves from machined components
- Other workshop duties such as packing, dispatch and NDT (Nondestructive testing)
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Skills and Experience Required
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual. Previous fitting and assembly experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. The successful applicant will be a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. They will also have good numeracy and literacy skills.
